A valid passport is required for this travel events. If you need to apply for a passport, please go to www.travel.state.gov.

You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.

Deposits and ALL payments to Pleasant Escapes are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Pleasant Escapes has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruises and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Rates are not guaranteed until deposit is received.

​All travelers are required to make their initial deposit together. (Roommates MUST pay deposit together on the same registration form)

Payments received after the due date will incur a $25.00pp late fee. The late fee is not applied to your reservation and does not reduce your balance. Extensions are not granted for deposits or final payments.

All canceled reservations must be submitted to Pleasant Escapes in writing.If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guests added to reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date and will be charged the Reservation Revision Fee of $50.00pp

2nd Deposit: $300.00/pp Due Date: July 31, 2018

3rd Deposit: $300.00/pp Due Date: October 31, 2018

4th Deposit: $300.00/pp Due Date: February 28, 2019

Final Payment: Remaining Bal Due Date: May 01, 2019 (No Extension)

Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Payments received after the due date will incur a $25.00/pp late fee.

Travel Protection
As a professional travel specialist, it is my responsibility to recommend travel insurance to protect your investment. Travel insurance provides peace of mind that can help protect your before, during, and even after your trip.

Please note,In some situations (like pre-existing medical conditions) you need to buy your travel insurance within a certain amount of time after you purchase your trip. The time varies based on the travel insurance vendor so please ask us for details.
By declining travel protection, you acknowledge and accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages and/or out–of-pocket expenses incurred. You also acknowledge and accept responsibility for arranging and paying for any treatment in case of a medical emergency while traveling.
